People are sometimes attacked physically but how can you tell if you are the victim of a psychic attack?  When you are doing things to have a good soul and to treat others good, but something is holding you back, chances are you are experiencing a psychic attack.

You need to not be so hard on yourself and give yourself a break. Everyone handles emotional problems differently and so you need to not be too hard on yourself when you are going through something hard.
